PDID 1st Workshop-Akkar: CV writing and job interview practices

The first PDIP workshop, CV writing and job interview practices, was held on Friday November 10 at Akkar campus, 9:00-12:00, and was given by Ms Lara Chikhani.

This workshop’s goal was to help students write their CV and prepare for job interviews. After a brief introduction about herself and LOYAC, Ms Chikhan started listing and explaining the different parts of a CV. She was able to engage the students in the session. The second part of the workshop, Job Interview practices, was livelier and included a more active involvement from the students. A short role play, an enactment of an interview between Ms Chihani and one of the students, was followed by a discussion; students were asked questions about the short play.
