International Cuisine Event - Nabatieh Campus

The Hospitality & Tourism Management Department at Nabatieh Campus, and as a part of students’ project in International Cuisine, planned an event on Tuesday, December 19th 2017, where hospitality students prepared food and desserts by themselves with the supervision of Chef Khodor Dia and served them in the campus as a buffet. Hospitality students prepared the tables in the morning with the help of Mr. Hussein Rammal, and then at 11 a.m. the food was ready presented and served.
